RAIN

 

I didn’t take many pictures today because it rained, a lot. It did clear up in the town of Llanes toward the end of the day and those are the pictures of the town and the boats. It is a very nice, beautiful town. It seemed even nicer that there was no rain there!

I hiked out of the province of Cantabria, and into the republic of Asturias. 

Again there was no room at two albergues, so I stayed in a hotel. I’m spoiled. The disadvantage is not meeting all the people like you do in an albergue.

The hotel was in Poo. Yes, I slept in Poo.  

I went to Playa de Poo (Poo Beach) which was beautiful.

A good, long, productive day in the rain.  

Weather app is less than perfect.  In fact, totally useless.
